Why do some people love to trade Futures, Forex, Stocks and Options markets?
For me, the great benefit of trading is gaining money every day from my initial capital. This is what makes me love trading especially Futures and Stocks.
What is beneficial for me may not be beneficial for someone else, except for making money. So, here are some benefits of trading:
1. Making Money From Money
No comment, everyone needs money.
2. Freedom of Location
If you enjoy travelling to different places every month or every week, trading is advisable for you. All you need is a laptop and an internet connection. Then, the world is yours.
3. Freedom of Time
If you are interested in doing what you want when you want, opt for trading Futures, stocks, forex or options. After weeks of hard work and profit, you can take a nice break and go for vacation. No stress!
4. No Degree is Needed
The main cause which motivates people, for trading Future, Forex, Stocks and Options, is that they don’t need a college degree.
They need just to open an account with a broker and deposit their capital, then they can start trading.
However, before taking any action in real account, they need first to learn the basics of trading, then they can create their own strategy in demo account.
5. Ability to Leverage and Scale Up Quickly
If you find your golden strategy in any markets (Futures, Forex, Stocks or Options), you can scale up easily your capital by raising the number of shares in stocks or contracts in Futures.
On the other hand, you have always to keep in mind that when you raise the numbers of shares or contracts, you do raise the profits and the risks as well.
6. A Quick Way to Make Money
Yes, it’s a quick way to become rich, but only for 1% of retail traders, whereas the other 99% of retail traders will fail badly in six months maximum.
If you want to be among the 1% of retail traders who make money every month, you need a good strategy and a lot of practice.
To conclude, the benefits of trading are abundant, and so are the disadvantages. When you enter the market, you have a 50% chance to make a profit or to lose your capital.
So, you need to consider both sides of trading.
